Food store from scratch
We all have that question every night: What am I gonna eat tonight? And how do I eat healthy and with verity? It’s always a task to find a meal which combines both of them.
The hunt for the right ingredients is a difficult one. And by the time you have found them, you realise that you have to buy the whole bar. But the solution is found in Amsterdam.
A new transparent formula
Rogier Leopold and Diederik van Gelder have been stuck with this problem. And that’s why they have been the owners of Bilder & de Clerg for a short time. This food store solves exactly these food issues. With a handy, healthy, easy and transparent formula, they make us people knowing what to eat tonight!
The right food, the right proportions
Bilder & the Clerq is a food store which is directed to the way of the ingredients. In the store 14 recipes of healthy meals – meat, vegetarian and fish - are spread around tables. And all the ingredients are directly in front of your nose in exact the right proportions. Therefore you won't waste any food. Every week three new recipes are added on the assortment. I can definitely say that they are trying to inspire us people to do the right thing.
Against the modern foodindustry
This concept is a new cool innovation in the world of food. And the reason why is that it provides us from falling into the pitfalls of the world that we live in right now. Eating fast made food, not eating with verity, no time to make the right diner, laziness. And because Bilder & the Clerq fulfills these aspect, it maybe can make us rise and shine again in the kitchen.
We need a new concept
I obviously thinks this is a step in the right direction, being busy with the right food choices myself. They have a transparent way of showing all the ingredients that are in the meals. One knows all the ins and outs about the meals that are coming in their diner plates the same night. And you don’t have to eat it at store. People need this fast and transparent search to become more healthy eaters again. They will live life with more quality.
If you ask me, this is the future. In offence against the big, unfair supermarkets, these kind of stores will be open to their customers. No labels with thousands of ingredients on it. The ingredients all shown in front of you, in the right proportion, with a recipe in reach.
